Business Analyst

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, analyze business processes, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
Analyze and model business processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
Develop and present business cases and project proposals.
Work with development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Create and maintain project documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and drive consensus.
Support the development and implementation of business solutions and ensure they meet stakeholder expectations.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to model them effectively.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the IT industry or with technology-driven projects.
Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and IT infrastructure.
Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. PowerBI)
