A custom Single Page Application that digitises and automates the full medical reproduction cycle at an equine reproduction centre.
At Hof Ter Leeuwe in Zoutleeuw, horses receive expert care every day, from collecting and freezing stallion semen and embryos to insemination, transplantation, ovum pick-up and birth support.
To optimise their way of working and serve clients even better, Hof Ter Leeuwe wanted to map and digitise their processes. The old systems were outdated and offered too little support for reporting, inventory management and invoicing.
We built a custom Single Page Application that manages the full medical reproduction cycle for the horses in treatment. It automates inventory management of medicines and genetic material, manages medical records per horse and automatically generates invoices. We connected the system to their existing CRM tools (Teamleader) for a smooth, efficient workflow and correct cost settlement.
