De Medemens is a large-scale healthcare and social-sector organisation in the province of Antwerp, with 2,000+ employees across 20+ residential care centres and daycares.
Maintenance contracts and reports for 20+ locations lived in scattered PDFs: dates, payment terms, amounts and cancellation clauses. Extracting it all by hand was slow and error-prone.
We built an intelligent document-processing app that scans contracts, extracts the key data points and feeds them straight into De Medemens' contract management system.
